职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for whole company’s Quality Management System maintenance and development. Act as QMS representative for management review, ensure no findings of major non-compliance in quality system audit by external auditor or customers.
2. Responsible for In-process quality control, perform on-line product & process audit to ensure no major defects deliver out of plant. Responsible for corrective & preventive action occur in production effectively.
3. Rich experience on OEM/ODM vendor (domestic & oversea) management. Be good at major supplier quality control using QSA, 8D and Supplier Performance Scorecard to improve supplier quality.
4. As an Operation Representative to drive quality continuous improvement, perform 80/20 analysis to identify the improvement opportunities, take CA/PA and update control plan by monthly, tracking and reporting major quality projects status.
5. Supporting new product launch:
--- Supplier PPAP approval, ensuring critical material and components qualified before mass production
--- Joined- review product design and new product verification testing according to Product Spec; responsible for new product qualification procedure management
6. Optimize product certification process & develop product certification scorecard (main metrics are cost and lead-time) by monthly, control certification lead-time and avoid duplicated testing for product certification for COPQ cost reduction purpose.
7. Responsible for running on-line Quality Testing Lab; perform key components / product sampling inspection to ensure process quality keeping on stable level.
8. Develop customer complaint scorecard, taking a leader role for problem solving for customer complaints using problem solving methodologies, ensuring customer complaint rate lower than annually target.
9. Responsible for Documentation Control Center operation.
10. Responsible for KPI’s and talent plan develop for quality department and implement employee performance appraisal accordingly.
 
Requirements:
1. Engineering/Technical background, bachelor degree or equivalent.
2. Around 10+ years manufacturing quality control area, include 5 years or more Quality manager experiences.
3. Qualified ISO or TS16949 auditor, Good knowledge in ISO or TS16949 system.
4. Management skills; have the experience leading 5 – 10 QE groups in past.
5. Good problem solving and decision making skills.
6. Good knowledge in QC 7 tools, SPC, GR&R, FMEA, PPAP and APQP, LSS Black belt or Green belt is preferred.
7. Good Communication in English.
8. Proficient in computer software, MS Word, MS excel, MS outlook, MS PPT. 举报 分享
