With the emerging needs associated with talent development in China and in support of the intention to "build talent from within", the Talent & Development Advisor is responsible for:
- Support the Head of China OD on the talent development agenda in China in line with group/segment talent agenda
- Lead on specific talent development initiatives in China as per local context
- Act as the focal point of facilitation L&D programs & offers at group /segment and/or local level
- Act as the focal point on specific D&I initiatives across locations in China and the coordination point for China Business Resource Groups
- Lead on OD projects/programs as assigned

Talent Management
- Support the Head of China OD in preparing for the Country Talent Forum (CTC), developing tailor-made talent proposals and following on deliverables aligned in the forum
- Support and lead on specific talent development projects/programs in China to address the critical talent challenges across the organization, e.g. China high potential development
- Facilitate & coordinate group or segment talent development programs in China e.g. CAPs, FLP in country support
- Identify opportunities to establish an effective talent management framework and database to better link business and in-country initiatives
- Collect market intelligence on talent development best practices in the external marketplace and introduce to BP or business where these are a fit for business context and in line with Segment direction
- Have an overall understanding of internal talent in China and monitor the development & trend on internal talent development

Learning & Development
- Coordinate with global learning & development team and lead the L&D project implementation in China e.g. Global Learning Management System (GLMS)
- Build and enhance the learning culture in the organization and promote 70-20-10 learning philosophy.
- Take full responsibility for L&D solutions in China and manage leadership learning curriculum by integrating learning/capability development needs from business/functions.
- Review training effectiveness by applying best practice in the market.
- Provide L&D solutions in line with group guideline in a cost effective manner.
- Review and manage the performance of learning vendors.

D&I & Engagement

Work with the Regional D&I Manager, BPWIN Executive Sponsors & Business Resource Groups (BRG) on developing D&I plans for China, including facilitation of events/activities to address the issues/challenges identified
- Coordinate D&I activities in China across the businesses and provide central support for global/regional events as needed
- Facilitate country level engagement and communication events on D&I, V&B, Leadership Expectation etc.

Bachelor degree or above; Solid professional knowledge on Human Resources Management, especially on talent management, learning and development.

- At least 7 years' experience in HR L&D area in multi-national companies. Have experience on course design and delivery.
- Good understand of L&D solutions in the market.
- Understand business context, key business drivers and challenges.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Demonstrate good project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Data orientated with strong analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in English.
- Quick learner & logical thinking
- Ability to identify root cause of problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactive and can-do attitude
