职位描述：
1.Drive the good application, understanding of PO safety standards and procedures.
2.Perform safety audits, risks assessment and inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
3.Facilitate a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture.
4.Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
5.Investigate accidents(LTA, WLTA, First aids), near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities.
6.Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as new employees HSE Induction, Fire drill, First aids, Safety risks analysis, Log-out Tag-out, safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.
7.Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and necessary changes.
8.Coordinate employee safety programs to determine their adequacy including review of short and long term strategic safety planning and development.
9.Lead deployment of PO INERGY Safety Management System & internal process IQSR inside the plant.
10.Implement other plants best practices to improve Safety. Integrate external benchmarking coming from other companies.
11.Participate actively in the ASIA SAFETY committee. (Monthly sharing). Interface with the ASIA Manager of Manufacturing Excellence and Safety.
12.Work as LOTO Procedure Champion, train and coach other technicians/setters who have to work inside machines; advice when std instructions are not covering a necessary specific activity; check the correct application of LOTO, in line with the procedure.
13.The other tasks related EHS.

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Safety with mechanical or automation background
2.Professional Certification OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001
3.Minimum 5-7 years of performing safety officer
4.Minimum 5 years in leadership position
