Job responsibilities:
-？ Engineering management
? Review and understand the customer spec and company Standard/Prototype drawing
? Building and implementing production assembly tools / label / OMS/BOM
? Monitor, verify and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials), OMS (work instruction), drawings, travelers, routings and others
? Design and complete SolidWorks designs or AUTOCAD drawing, including specifications for material, surface treatment, and packaging material.
? Responsible for engineering preparation for manufacturing processes, fixture design and Standard work time evaluation.
? Confirm the drawing of Parts and Assembly OMS.
? Train Operators on the Pre and post product Launch
- Process control
? Determine root cause of failures by using statistical methods (SPC) that may result in changes in design, tolerances, or processing methods.
? Develop the action plans and solution to against the quality, assembly and packing issue.
? Responsible for update and trace the Process FEMA, Engineering Change Requests and Change Orders for products.
? Provide technical support to train new operators, and qualify operator skills level regularly.

? Work closely with team to implement lean projects for increasing the production flexibility.
? Participate in layout optimization and Productive Maintenance.
? Develop and implement the production tracking and quality control systems.
? Support engineers from R&D department in Switzerland and USA.

Required skills:
? Major in Mechanical Engineering
? Product design, Proficient in AutoCAD, Solid Works is highly desired.
? Fixture and tooling developing
? BOM and Working instruction
? Problem solving skills
? New product development
? IE & Layout optimization
? ERP experience, SAP is preferred
? NPI knowledge(flow,process)
? Manufacturing knowledge on assemble, test, package

Preferred experience:
? 3 years and above manufacturing NPI relevant experiences
? Experience in a production environment in the field of electrical or electronical devices and instruments, e. g. semiconductor industrials, telecommunications, computers, equipment, robotics. 举报 分享
