职位描述：
Ø Review applicable contractual requirements (technical standards, specifications, etc.)

Ø Define and review process & safety drawings / files / plans and the relevant procedures review and validation of design or inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedules, drawings, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)

Ø Execute process & safety consulting projects or QRA/FEA analysis

Ø Define Bureau Veritas interventions

Ø Select the most appropriate design or inspection techniques

Ø Execute or supervise (required by more experienced Engineer) design review or inspection according to predefined QHSE plan and the established design or inspection procedures / techniques

Ø Execute design review or inspection reporting, including Non-Conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables

Ø Ensure quality of design review or inspection according to BV Quality System (required by more experienced Engineer)

Ø Interpret results of survey or inspection (required by more experienced Engineer)

   

Ø Treatment of Non-Conformities / corrective actions

Ø Review and appraise inspection procedures

Ø Maintain internal and external communication

Ø Design and deliver training for customers and new engineers (required by more experienced Engineer)

Ø Promote Bureau Veritas service portfolio to clients (required by more experienced Engineer)

Ø Respect security guidelines of BV and safeguard personal security in the working environment

Ø Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge Management)

Ø Customer relation management (required by more experienced Engineer)

Ø Mentor one or more less experienced Engineers (required by more experienced Engineer)

Ø ** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.

Ø ** Other tasks assigned by the company

   


任职要求：

Ø Education:

本科或以上学位，化学工程、化工工艺及相关专业

Bachelor or above degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology or related majors

Ø Working experience:

1. 至少2~3年石油石化或化工医药等设计经验（工艺或工艺系统专业），或者至少2~3年石油石化或化工医药等操作经验

Min.2-3 years of experience in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical design(Process dicipline or system dicipline), or Min.2-3 years of experience in petrochemical, chemical or pharmaceutical operation.

2. 有完整设计项目经验者优先

Complete design project experience is preferred

Ø 技能Skills

1. 熟悉化工单元操作的设计和运行

Familiar with chemical unit design and operation

2. 熟悉API,ASME,EN,NFPA等国际标准，以及GB,HG,SH等国内标准

Familiar with International codes( API,ASME,EN,NFPA,etc.), and domestic codes(GB,HG,SH,etc.)

2. 日常英语和专业英语熟练

Familiar with Daily English and professional English

Ø Detail-oriented, responsible, self-driven and pragmatic

Ø Energetic and hardworking, and able to work independently under high pressure

Ø Well-organized and able to look ahead and forecast issues proactively (required by more experienced Engineer)

Ø English and local language skills

Ø PC Skills

Ø ** Good health is required
