Responsibilities:
l Lead and implement integrated communications plans and strategies, including the management of budget and agency resources, to most effectively meet business needs among customers and trade media in the region. Engage regional and global marketing/business teams in this process. Audit results against predetermined, measurable objectives.
l Regionalize strategy and manage the brand identities of the BUs, as well as trademark management and enforcement. Ensure adherence to brand identity standards, licensing and use, strategic direction, and related communications.
l Develop and create regional communications vehicles – including Web, social media, press releases, position statements, leadership speeches, articles for corporate and trade publications, e-media, brochures, advertising, sales aids/collateral material, premiums, scripts, employee communications, letters – based on input from/interaction with regional business and global functional leaders. Plan and implement trade shows, conferences and events.
l Networks with functional experts in the region to identify cross-business opportunities to leverage best practices to enhance MC. Build networking with industrial associations and trade media.

Qualification:
l B.S. or B.A. degree and/or equivalent professional qualification with at least 8-10years experience in B2B Marketing Communications, Public Relations or related communications field. Master’s degree in Marketing Communications or related field would be an added advantage.
l Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin. Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with business, sales and marketing at all levels.
l Directing and executing development of written, oral and online communications linked to meeting business objectives. Communications include: position papers, speeches, news releases, articles, brochures, AV programs, e-marketing, web sites, promotional and technical literature, advertising, newsletters, trade shows, events and other specialized, regional vehicles.
l Guiding the business and agency through integrated marketing communications: planning process; implementation and quantifiable measurement; linking communications to business objectives; recommending and advocating appropriate use of communications; directing agencies so that the delivered products meet expectations and are on target with direction.
l Ability to think and act strategically, with detail orientation and capability in multi-tasking. Ability to prioritize is key.
l High energy, self-starter with a team-oriented attitude.
l Previous experience in a printing/packaging/electronics company would be an added advantage.
l Ability to travel throughout the region（20-30%）
