职位描述：
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES：
Ensuring all the product delivery followed company’s AR/Credit policy and invoicing the daily products delivery to customers in time, collecting the sales contracts with both parties’ chops in time, issuing the legal invoices to customers in time.
Ensuring daily accounting books and monthly closing can be finished on time and with good quality.
Responsible for the preparation of Group reporting, local statutory reporting and internal reporting.
Coordinating with Operation department to organize annual inventory stocktaking, following up each step of the work until the completion.
Organizing annual Fixed Assets stocktaking work, guide cashier how to prepare the reports and keep the original documents with evidence, finish Fixed disposal procedure for the missing hardware.
Helping to explain the company’s polices and communicate the policies clearly with the related staff, ensuring all the related work is followed company’s policies and procedures.
Coordinating with external auditors to finish annual audit work on time.
Filing the related accounting journals and related documents in time.
Helping Senior Finance manager to guide the team how to finish the related Accounting work.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Min. 5 years’ experience in Accounting with 2 years’ experience in accounting supervisor positions, leading accounting and reporting work.
Strong Accounting knowledge (GAAP, IFRS, SOX etc.) & Financial planning/analysis experience.
Audit and ERP system experience (e.g. MS AX)
Strong knowledge of legal and fiscal legislation
Good analytical, report writing and presentational skills
Good communication and coordination skills, ability to work with different cultures
Able to lead a project, great sense of responsibility
Good command of English
Good at using Microsoft software, specially EXCEL skills 举报 分享
