岗位职责:
Job Description:
1. 带领北区工程及渠道业务团队,完成年度业绩销售指标,通过现有客户维护和新客户的开发逐步提升公司在工程、渠道领域的综合表现;
1. Lead project and channel sales team to achieve the annual sales target through existing customers’ maintenance and new customers’ development, enhance the company’s north regional market performance in the project and channel business fields.
2. 负责部门员工的日常管理工作,及时把握团队的工作表现,能够对员工进行有效地工作指导、技能培训及绩效评估,确保销售业务有效运转;
2. Responsible for the daily staff management, keep sales activities operating effectively through team guiding, training, evaluating and etc.,
3. 全程参与重点项目的业主、设计院拜访、施工方谈判及经销商管控,确保重大项目的赢取;
3. Participate in key project development process, keep close relation with investors, designers, contractors and dealers. Ensure the success of major projects.
4. 协调处理大客户的各种需求,及时调动公司资源提高客户的满意度和忠诚度;
4. Coordinate and deal with multiple demands of KA, improve KA’s satisfaction and loyalty through timely support.
5. 保持与公司其他部门的良好沟通与合作,为公司的整体协调发展创造条件;
5. Keep good cooperate relation with other internal depts., work together to achieve company’s overall coordinated development.
6. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作
6. Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor in time.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1. 有进取心和明确的个人职业生涯发展规划;
1. Aggressive and clear personal career development awareness.
2. 本科以上学历,市场营销或工科相关专业,文字组织能力强;
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or engineering, good writing skills.
3. 北方地区十年以上建筑材料行业工程项目开发及管理工作经历,有优秀的业绩表现;
3. More than 10 years of project development and management experience in construction material industry, with outstanding performance.
4. 具有良好的人际交往和沟通能力,有管理团队的经验;
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good experience in team management.
5. 有较强的计划与组织能力;
5. Strong planning and organizational skills.
6. 能够承担较大的工作压力,并适应经常出差;
6. Able to work under pressure and travel frequently.
7. 简单的英文听说读写能力。
7. Simple English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability is required.
