Report to: Group Account Director

To lead and drive the…business effectively and profitably by
· Providing strategic directions in the development of total communication services
· Managing and optimizing resources to achieve revenue goals for the business
· Developing business partner relationships with key people in the designated client organizations
· Striving for the long lasting and sustainable success of our clients

Knowledge requirements:
· Excellent general education with 5-7 years relevant experience
· Detail oriented but can see, incorporate and analyze the big picture
· Good understanding of the production process of advertising and all other forms of communications mediums
· Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
· Able to priorities, communicate these priorities and motivate a team accordingly
· High energy level, excellent listening skills and able to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
· Oozes customer service but is still attentive to the bottom line
· Fluent both in English and Chinese
