职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
？ Lead and drive key supply chain activities across the organization
？ Implement and maintain visual planning & scheduling system
？ Lead for Sales & Operations planning process.
？ Collaborate with sales & operations in planningactivities to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
？ Maintain systems to ensure inventory optimization, and appropriate replenishment strategies as part of business balance scorecard practice
？ Implements Kanban deliveries wherever appropriate, with both internal and external suppliers
？ Lead inventory right sizing initiatives
？ Develop partnerships with key suppliers while lead to drive for continuous improvement for quality, price reduction, MOQ, LT, AP days,etc.
？ Ensure adequate systems & processes are in place to efficiently support new product development before launch
？ Drive continuous improvement to streamline efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain activities

Requirement:
？ Demonstrated knowledge and use of statistical tools such as, 6 Sigma and SPC
？ Strong Lean knowledge and practice,e.g. visual management , Kanban .
？ Strong customer orientated driven for daily operation and priorities setting
？ Result oriented with process management style
？ High level of business conduct behavior
？ Experience with Planning software systems (ERP);
？ Advanced communication, coordination & collaboration skills;
？ Above average analytical and problem solving skills
？ Flexible and adaptable to ever-changing priorities
？ Fluency in English
？ Bachelor degree in Supply Chain related field
？ 10 years and above experience in Supply Chain Management
？ Minimum of 5 years work experience in a lean environment
？ Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of Lean Manufacturing Tools in SCM field 举报 分享
