职位描述：
JOB MAIN TASKS:
- Operate different warehouse fashion logistics processes and customers;
- Logistics tender/RFP preparation and support commercial activities;
- Projects implementation
- Warehouses management
- Cost control management
- Liaise with internal depts. Import/export, distribution, labeling/lab test


JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Tender and RFP preparation:
o Receive and evaluate customers tenders
o Coordinate with internal department for the import and distribution offer
o Prepare detail cost calculations based on warehouse productivity
o Coordinate with equipment suppliers for warehouse configuration design
o Coordinate and follow up with customers for tender completion

- New customer implementation:
o Implement new customer;
o Implement new processes;

- China labeling:
o Coordinate China labeling training and continuous improvement of labeling coordinators;

- Operations Process
o Design operations process according to customer request with aim to ensure quality and efficiency;
o Work with IT dept. to develop and set up WMS functionality and operational flow;
o Continuously improve logistics processes with IT and operation;
o Budgeting and forecasting

- Operations Supervision
o Make sure that the operational process and requirement are followed closely;
o Check the quality of work by operations and IT team (office and warehouse);
o Solve the problems operations encounter;
o Communicate internally and externally and follow-up customers’ requirements;

- Warehouse Management
o Warehouse layout design;
o Warehouse setup, especially purchasing of equipment, warehouse decoration, coordination with Finance and IT;
o Consumables management;
o Warehouse equipment management;
o Warehouse maintenance and purchasing;
o Warehouse cost control and profit KPI management;

- Transportation dept coordination
o Coordinate with distribution dept. to arrange transportation;
o Transportation KPI management;

- Import/export dept coordination
o Coordinate with import/export dept. on clearance and timing;
o Import/Export KPI management;

- People Management
o Manage operations team in office and warehouse (workers), including recruitment, daily management, coaching, training on system, skills, health & safety;

ESSENCIAL SKILLS:
- Hands-On approach in all aspect of the business;
- Creative;
- Good team player;
- Ability to motivate warehouse and office staff;
- Experience in develop and implement logistics processes and procedures;
- PC literate: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint;
- WMS functionality;
- Good command in spoken and reading in English necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Multi task;


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least 5 year’s experience in Logistics Management and Operations of FMCG / Fashion
- Experience in Fashion Logistics preferred; 举报 分享
