Responsiblities:
1 Leading the product go-to-market and commercialization, delivering the right product at the right time for the right target customers.
2 Be responsible for clearly communicating the ‘why,’ ‘what’, ‘when’ and 'how' of the product to the marketplace.
3 Conducting market research, competitor analysis and benchmarking to study Macro market environment, segments & customer trends and competitive environment. Defining the market position within the context of the overall product strategy. Be tight with the sales team to explain the strategic positioning of the product to customers, partners, and other market influencers.
4 Be responsible to clearly explain the benefits of product features and translate them into customer-facing messaging. Develop multiple product solution for target vertical markets.
5 Supporting sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to drive continuous growth. Guide Marcom team with product strategy to develop literatures, demonstration tools, presentations, digital marketing tools and social media. Help Marcom team to select trade shows and events to enhance brand image.
6 Work with sales team to track new product sales performance. Get market and customer feedback and provide practicable advice to PM and R&D team for new product development and product upgrade.
7 Support sales to achieve sales target on aspect of volume and gross margin.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- 5 years working experience in product marketing management in related industry (B to B)
- Logical thinking, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Willing to travel.
