2. Function (work description)

Work Items Responsibility
General purchasing and logistics procedures
- Delivery/Logistics coordination and support for customs clearance;
- Document collection/Preparation and Management;
- Purchasing and logistics files management and maintenance.
- Purchase order implementation;
- Payment follow-up;
- Purchasing and logistics Database completing;
- Project coordination
Supporting in tenders for projects
- Involving in tender document preparation
- Closely teamwork with PD and EN departments.
Other works assigned from the superior According to request

？2. Main objective / Target for position:
Supporting in medical equipment procurement and logistics, project execution, assist to create global procurement and logistics department within Vamed Healthcare

3. Which knowledge/skills is/are necessary to fulfill the tasks of your job description?

a) Necessary education:
- Bachelor degree or above in International Trade or English language or medical equipment engineering

b) Relevant work experience: 2-3 years working experience in the field of international business and/or
？？？？Medical equipment

c) Professional Knowledge:
- Knowledge/experience in international trade/logistics;
- Experience in structuring, executing contract, negotiating;
- Familiar with bidding procedure (medical equipment) is a plus

d) Relevant knowledge: highly developed computer skills

e) Necessary qualification:
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent inter-personal skill;
- Excellent skill of communication in both English and Chinese
- Hardworking, patient, well- organised, positive attitude, proactive, reliable self-starter, with team spirit, high grade of independent work ability, high sense of ownership 举报 分享
