职位描述：
Follow Keysight’s solution strategy by providing professional solution service. Focus on system/solution pre-sale and project delivery to maximize Keysight revenue or collaboration with key industry customers. Improve Keysight core competition via solution business mode. Help to develop and drive the solution business growth. He/She has a deep understanding of Keysight solution value proposition in the industry.

Key accountabilities:
？Create, maintain and drive the funnel for solution business. Initiate activities to grow the funnel (1 to many). Through deep understanding key customer needs, drive business engagements across the solution ecosystem.
？Build collaborations with Sales, Keysight ISTs organization to grow value add in solutions.
？Develops the SOW meeting specific customer needs and helps FE to close the solution deals.
？Leads the project team to deliver whole project on schedule and gets the final acceptance from customer
？Technical advisor in a given industry understands the existing and emerging technologies. Up-to-date overview of challenges in customers NPI cycle
？Measured by Solution business target number in a given area

Job Qualifications ：
？Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
？Understand customer challenges and how Keysight solutions can be adapted to achieve desired result.
？Ability to understand customers’ current and future needs and to drive high customer solution adoption by providing relevant, forward-thinking options to customer specific needs.
？An understanding of solution architecture and integration challenges and how to engage appropriate resources to resolve within the context of a specific customer opportunity.
？Deep technical understanding of solution specific measurement science and how to achieve optimum results with that measurement science in the customer specific environment, with the ability to demonstrate that value.
？Proven skills in RF, system design and software and working experience in the solution area (ex. Wireless and AD). Is able to learn new technologies
？Ability to collaborate well with local technical team, the divisions and partners to resolve technical challenges
？A minimum of 5 years’ experience, experienced project management and system integration (desired) 举报 分享
