Tasks and responsibilities
? Achievement of area sales targets through,
-Direct sales, retail, appropriate execution of global showroom strategy.
-Work closely with regional/national key account management as necessary.
? Effective launch of new and existing product portfolio supported by display and stock commitment.
? Effectively use core Grohe sales processes.
? Train customers to maximise Grohe advocacy and repeat-purchase.
Requirements
? May have degree, possibly quite technically minded and capable of working in a moderately complex selling environment (multi channel, multi product, complex products etc).
? May be less educated but with more experience.
? Understands the value of brands and knows how to leverage them in the marketplace.
? Knowledge of industry or experience of working 3+ years in comparable or related industry.
Competence
? Commercially savvy, astute in negotiations.
? Capable of understanding national sales and marketing strategies and applying to daily work.
? Highly results driven, impeccable integrity and work ethics including an ability to work with moderate supervision.
? Good time manager, for example organising sales routing.
? Experience of operating using well-developed and articulated business processes. In particular, understands principles of a structured sale/key account call.
