About the company:
It is a leading auto parts company.
 
Key Responsibilities:
？ Closing activity: Ensure proper closing for Actual, Forecast, Budget and Business Plan Process;
？ Responsible in all business reporting (K3, specific files);
？ Elaboration and follow up of new business evolution;
？ Key support for R&D & Project Manager to have accurate financial data;
？ Participation and control of CAAs & Financial updates of Projects;
？ Follow up, participation and controls of IARs (investments);
？ Follow up of projects profitability (Gross Margin, Investments, Costs and Financing);
？ Involvement into internal audit;
？ Ensures reliability of financial statements (PRC rules compliance);
？ Punctual controlling action for R&D and Project.
 
Key Requirements:
？ The Business Management Controller controls the level of expenses and investments of the entity and controls the project gross and net RD cost;
？ He/She monitors the development activity pay-back;
？ He/She coordinates the preparation and analysis of several reports and documents, such as: weekly indicators follow up, monthly result including budget;
