职位描述：
Job responsibilities/岗位职责：

1.Independently implement product conformity design and verification for HVAC products such as air condition controller, thermostat and room unit, including design conformity requirement, verify and fix corrective solution with designer, support and review internal technical documents, apply the 3rd party product certification etc. To ensure the product conform the related CE/UL standards.
独立完成暖通空调产品(如:空调控制器，温控器和房间控制器)的产品合规设计和验证工作，包括根据标准及产品特点制定产品合规设计要求，协同设计工程师制定并验证整改方案，内部文档支持和检查，外部认证申请及技术沟通等，确保产品符合CE/UL等相关标准要求。

2.Design reliability test system, verify product lifecycle, MTBF, robustness… good know how of reliable test methodology and capable to implement DFMEA.
设计产品可靠性测试系统，验证产品生命周期、MBTF、稳健设计；熟练掌握可靠性测试方法，具备DFMEA执行能力；

3.Be capable of study and tracking new test tool or test methodology; Good sense on design quality validation test, risk/reliability estimation analysis. Introduce new process or mindset to team.
研究和追踪新的测试工具和方法论，提高研发设计质量的可验证、可预测能力，介绍新流程或理念，提高团队的设计验证水平。

4.Be capable of providing design input with project’s lesson & learn, and technical knowledge share for team improvement
整理项目Lesson & Learn并形成设计输入，为团队进步提供技术知识共享

5.To carry out the work under development process, fully understand essentials of the process and contribute to process improvement
依据研发流程开展工作，充分理解流程精髓并为流程改进做出贡献

Job requirements/任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred, major in electrical and electronic engineering, industrial automation or related
本科以上学历，硕士优先，电子工程，工业自动化或相关专业毕业

2. 5+ years related working experience in EMC design or test and product certification
5年以上EMC设计或测试及产品认证相关工作经验

3. Adept in electronic product LVD and EMC standards, preferably 1+ year’s product certification experience in HVAC
精通电子产品的安全和电磁兼容等相关标准，有1年以上暖通空调行业产品认证经验者优先

4. Good communication skill, carefully and strong sense of responsibility
良好的沟通能力，做事细致认真，责任心强

5. Preferably working experience under regular project management and process control
有在正规项目管理和流程控制下的工作经验者优先

6. Experiences in international companies or cooperation with the 3rd party certification authority are advantages
有国际企业工作经历或与国际第三方认证机构合作经验者优先 举报 分享
