职位描述：
Job Responsibilities: The Main responsibilities of this position includes but not limits to the following

1.PRIMARY: Support and training of OSO business users and designated suppliers on business process changes and on business software existing or modified, specifically related to PLM or other operational systems (as assigned).

2.To provide business analysis of OSO processes, support the implementation of new business processes and new business systems (software) functionalities.

3.To analyse, describe, document and help optimize the OSO business processes related to Apparel, Footwear and Sport Equipment production in coordination with the Team/Team Lead in the Central Office.

4.To test new business systems functionalities in OSO in coordination with the Team manager, Local and Central IT.

5.Provide timely and accurate feedback on various procedures and technical topics to the Central to support continuous improvement and change management in the OSOs. Provide proposals leading to timely resolution of issues in alignment to processes, systems and production calendars.

6.To monitor the adequacy of implemented business processes in OSO and report regularily to Team manager (mainly report problems and follow up on their resolution).

7.Inform as soon as possible the direct manager or the person responsible for informational safety about any actual cases when third persons have gained not permitted access or tried to gain access to personal data that is processed during work activities, as well as about loss or deficiency in data storage items that contain confidential information or personal data, certificates, passes, safe keys, personal stamps, electronic keys, and of other cases that may lead to a not permitted access to confidential data or personal data.

8.Completion of individual tasks given by the management in the scope of the functional duties.

Qualifications:

1.Good written and spoken English level
CET 6 or above

2.MS Office (Excel/advanced, Word/advanced, PPT/intermediate - advanced), Email, Flex PLM preferred, Visio, and experience or direct exposure to basic IT systems: databases, web development, processing systems.

3. 2-3 years related working experience:
Business process description,
Project Management,
Systems/processes implementation projects,
Training experience,
PLM experience (developer, programmer, end user) is a plus,
Apparel background and process engineering is a plus.

3.Pride of in their work with a sense of responsibility to their fellow colleagues at home and abroad,
4. Can provide leadership and decision making based on processes, company business rules and dependable positive work ethics,
5. Have a solid understanding of consumer goods development or production,
6. Experience in working with group dynamics. Preferably through providing training or project management - good presentation skills,
