主要职责
- 根据销售经理的战略规划，开发及实施客户计划
- 甄别销售线索并发展成为销售机会，达成销售指标
- 建立销售机会漏斗，至少大于销售指标三倍
- 维护客户关系，保持与客户接触的频率
- 与合作伙伴建立战略关系，管理合作伙伴关系，并推出与其合作的销售模式
- 准备及提交针对新客户和现有客户的销售计划
- 遵守公司流程谈判及完成商业协议
- 确保订单符合法务及财务的规定，确保应收账款到账
- 分析潜在的销售机会，通过数据分析及研究，确立最有价值的潜在用户属性
- 关注竞争对手动向，维护客户数据库
- 保持高水平的相关行业知识
能力要求：
- 本科以上学历水平
- 良好的沟通能力
- 英语四级以上
- 十年以上工作经验，五年以上IT行业销售经验，三年以上软件或存储行业经验
- 大客户行业销售经验
- 熟悉本地渠道情况
- 社保、公安、海关等项目经验者优先
