职位描述：
Responsible for whole test process for the company's products, work close with design teams, handle following activities independently,
?Product requirements analysis hence to prepare and perform product test plan covering product quality, safety and compliance tests, etc.
?Participate in design quality reviews and provide evaluation report and recommendations to improve the overall product quality robustness
?Prepare defect reporting & tracing record
?Work close with quality manager and engineers for field issues trouble shooting and correction action planning
?Contributing to team improvement & test process optimization
全程负责公司产品测试，跟开发团队紧密合作，独立处理以下活动：
?通过产品需要分析，准备和执行产品测试，包括产品质量，安规认证,合规等方面
?参与设计评审，提供评估报告 和产品鲁棒性 改进意见
?准备缺陷报告和追踪记录。
?协同质量经理和研发工程师处理故障复现和客户投诉，提出改进措施。
?测试团队提升和测试流程改进。
     

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Major in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation control or other related bachelor degree or above
本科或以上电子工程，计算机科学，自动控制及相关专业。
More than 8 years working experience, at least 5 years of relevant experience in product testing or product developing
8年以上工作经验，5年以上测试或产品研发相关经验。
?Solid knowledge in electronic design tools and master of development and test equipments (i.e. oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, programmable chamber, vibration meter, etc).
熟练应用电子设计工具和测试开发设备（示波器，频谱分析仪，可编程恒温箱，振动测试仪等 ）
?Familiar with system debugging and problem solving techniques in 8D approach
熟悉系统调试和熟练应用8D方法解决问题。
?Experienced in RF product test & design
有无线开发和测试经验。
?Proficient in electronic circuit principle and good ability in technical and quality review.
精通电路原理，有良好的技术评审和质量评审能力。
?Familiar with product quality and compliance test standards (e.g., UL, CE, IEC, GB, MTBF etc.)
熟悉产品质量和合规测试标准(e.g., UL, CE, IEC, GB, MTBF etc.)。
?Product test automation setup and “white-box” testing experience are preferred.
有产品自动化测试组建经验和有白盒测试经者优先。
?Familiar with 6 sigma tools such as FMEA is preferred
熟悉 6 sigma 工具，如FMEA者优先。
?Fluent in oral and written English, can quickly understand the products and technical information in English.
英文读写流利，能快速理解英文版本的产品和技术信息。
?Good team work spirit, good communication skills and must able to work under pressure
良好的团队工作精神，良好的沟通能力，能适应工作压力。
?HVAC product development background is preferred
