Our client is renowned Architectural firm. They are looking for an account manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers in China. You will work in a powerful and young team and participate in the growth of Company

Job Description
? Build and develop client relationships at multiple levels
? Understand the client’s goals and ensure that available resources will be
dedicated to customer.
? Brief and Debrief with the creative teams
? Doing English-Chinese translation for the important documents, including
brief, quotations, project positioning report, project design narratives…
? Great coordination between Shanghai office / Hong Kong and Paris office -
Inter-agency work team
? Anticipate the deadlines. Proactivity is key (suggestion / point of view...)
? Manage the creative teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project
within the schedule and manage the priority for the payment
? Understand and respect the expected schedules and deliverables
? Ensure that work is delivered with accuracy along customer expectations
? Establish and obtain payment and objectives
? Manage the financial element of the project
? Assist Sales Director in the development of New Business (presentations
agency, quotations, contracts, …)
? Receive regular customer feedback by accurate assessments and provide
relevant answers
? Re-sell: propose new ideas, advice your Clients, ...
? Working on database (update)

Job requirements and qualifications
? Advanced degree in marketing, advertising, architecture or a related field
at least 5 years sales and account management experience in a design/
architect / services firm.
? Excellent track record in handling customer accounts
? Self-confidence and strong personality
? enthusiastic, organized, self disciplined and pro active
? flexible in working hours with occasional travel - available for the agency
(travelling is a part of the job)
? Strong analytical and communication skills
? Fluent in English & Mandarin (French is a plus)
