通过聊天,电话等方式与客户保持联络,确保他们得到优质的客户体验
及时解答客户问题,处理客户需求
能提前预见客户的需求,使客户的服务体验超出预期
准确了解客户重要信息,完善客户档案
通过电话、邮件及聊天等形式对客户进行问候,并通过社交媒体工具解答他们关于公司产品及服务的相关问题及需求
通过客户推荐及续约的方式来促进销售量的增长
持续提供高水准的,甚至超出客户预期的高质量客户服务
经常性评估同事表现,并找出使他们在公司内部和外部都更有效率,更有参与感和更有价值的办法
你需要具备的条件:
流利的中英双语
两年以上工作经验,有教育行业工作经验者优先
对客户服务行业充满热情,明白有条理的重要性。能够通过简单明了的沟通方式建立积极,合作的关系。
非常具有的条理性,可以同时安排好多项工作并处理好事务的轻重缓急。
积极果断,能够快速处理问题
优秀的分析能力,能够通过数据及指标对事情进行全局分析
自信的问题解决者,能营造出以解决问题为导向的工作环境

Background
It’s been almost three years since Pingo Space was established. We’re making a big difference –creating the first App in China that connects Expats with locals in skill-sharing as well as the first lifestyle school that teaches life skills in the subjects of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Music and culture in China. We currently have over 300 students in our Pingo Club program and growing.
We have two offices, one located in the heart of the city, San Li Tun Soho and another near the tech area in Dong Sheng Tech Park.
We are searching for a Customer Journey Manager to join our team. We seek those who are passionate about human relationships and behavioural psychology, who thrive on finding creative solutions to complicated situations, and treat every upset user as an opportunity to create a loyal promoter. Think you have what it takes? Here is what you will need to deliver:
Interface with customers via chat, and phone with the objective of ensuring an excellent customer experience
Answer to our customers requests and questions promptly
Anticipate the needs of customers so that their experience exceeds expectations;
Gather key information about our customers to establish accurate profiles;
Greet our customers by phone, email, chat, and social media tools to answer their requests and questions about our product and service;
Drive sales through referrals and renewals
Meet and/or exceed ‘goals’ while maintaining an exceptionally high level of customer service
Constantly evaluate workflows and find ways for them to be more efficient, relevant and valuable both internally and externally
Who you are:
Must speak English and Chinese
2 years+ of working experience preferably in the education sector
Proven experience working with customers preferably in a leadership role
Passionate about customer experience, understands the importance to an organization. Clear, concise communicator who can build collaborative and positive relationships
Flexibility and adaptability, able to work well in an ambiguous environment and embraces the adventure
Proven organizational skills which are reflected in effective prioritizing and multitasking
A proactive attitude and the ability to act quickly and decisively
Strong analytical skills; Able to tell a story with data and metrics
Be a confident problem solver, create a solutions orientated environment.
Benefits

Salary:10000-13000+ monthly sales bonus
