JOB DESCRIPTION
- HR IT processes/ tools: design & develop.
- HRIS Project design and implementation. Key role of HRIS: Support Staffing Manager as the key user of HR Information System (SAP-HRM (Success Factor)
- External vendor management and quality control - SLA
- HRIS continuous modification by business development and needs
- Service process design and optimize to improve the efficiency (operation excellent improvement)
- SAP global (GMD) + local database management: master file up to date (residency, filing, benefits, trainings,..)
- HR Self Service software: design and development in order to support function matrix, master file up to date incl. training, personal development
DEMANDS ON ASSOCIATE
? University degree preferably in HRM or Business Management.
? 5 years of relevant business experience necessary.
? Minimum 5 years of HR working experience in MNC environment, prefer HR experience with sales & marketing professionals.
? Good command of English – Speaking and writing
? High integrity, mature, open-minded, independent, self-initiative and able to work under pressure. Passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth.
? In-depth knowledge of Chinese regulations and labor law.
? Hard working, teamwork, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
