职位描述：
工作职责：
1.负责接待学校家长及其他来访人员；
2.用车管理，安排派车等事宜；
3.安排中外籍员工出差机票、车票购买，住宿安排；
4.负责整理、统计学校员工日常考勤资料；
5.负责整理校服仓库，统计库存、开学前校服的发放及开放日家长的购买；
6.员工名片的制作及信息确认；
7.定时更新企业号通讯录、开发新功能，每周发送校长信给员工；
8.每周汇总意见箱的内容并email发送相关人员；
9.协助上级完成行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作；
10.协助组织学校活动；
11.其它行政类工作。

岗位要求：
1.英语流利，证书六级以上，普通话标准流利，语言表达能力强，善于沟通，有亲和力，较强的保密意识；
2.一年以上行政相关工作经验；
3.熟练使用相关办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；
4.有良好的职业形象和气质，懂得基本前台接待礼仪；
5.具有良好的职业道德及服务意识，踏实稳重，工作耐心、细心，责任心强，良好的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神；
6.有酒店接待经验者优先；
7.服从上级领导对于工作的安排及调动。 举报 分享
