1. Responsible for Budget Control System (Menifa) daily IT maintenance and risk management

2. Provide IT Support and risk management for all projects

3. Build up company level master data file and maintain/optimize it based on company business needs

4. Build up business related BI tools and systems, including designing customized spreadsheets. To make sure that BI system is up to date, and identify and investigate industry trends with business strategy implications

5. Build up business reports based analysis, and to provide value-added insights and actionable recommendations to management team for strategic business decision making.

6. Design, maintain and continuously develop high-quality analysis tools & templates based on business requirements targeting multiple stakeholders across all business areas

Requirements:
1. IT fixed asset management, desktop technology support management, network infrastructure, business management, etc;fully proficient in the business, real estate management system composition, implementation and maintenance (including software and hardware); More than 5 years working experience in commercial real estate system, must have commercial system on-line planning, organization, implementation, acceptance, operation and maintenance work experience;
IT固定资产管理、桌面技术支持管理、网络基础业务管理等；完全精通商业、地产管理系统的组成、实施与维护（包含软件、硬件）；具有5年以上商业地产系统工作经验，必须具有商业系统上线的计划、组织、实施、验收、运维的工作经验；
2. Establish a complete IT related system to comb the relevant processes, and have the ability to organize, communicate, coordinate and lead with the internal, external and various departments of the company建立建全IT相关制度梳理相关流程，具有同时与公司内部、外部、各个部门的组织、沟通、协调、领导能力；
3. Understand the operation, secondary development, system implementation and project management of OA, investment management platform, investment terminal, CRM, etc. Be familiar with the business and management processes of various departments of commercial projects, and take charge of IT optimization suggestions for each department's business process; Responsible for the project management of supporting IT projects, including selection of equipment and system, supplier selection, contract signing and on-site implementation coordination
了解OA、投研管理平台、投资终端、CRM等系统平台的运维、二次开发、系统实施和项目管理工作；熟悉商业项目各部门的业务和管理流程，负责对各部门业务流程提出IT优化建议；负责配套经营类IT项目的方案管理，包括设备和系统的选型、供应商的选择、合同签订及现场实施协调等
4. Fluent in Chinese, and preferably good in English (written and spoken)
