Profile 1. Bachelor degree, master preferred,
2. 1-3 years work experience in HR and payroll management,
3. Good knowledge of social security system and IIT filing,
4. Excellent organization skills,
5. Fluent English (oral/written),
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation,
7. Fully committed to his/her tasks,
8. Self-starter and able to work well without constant direction
Main Functions
A. Payroll
Calculate net salary, social charges and IIT,
Make payroll slips in software,
Declare IIT on time and ensure funds availability 5days in advance,
Update social security bases when needed for all cities,
Update online payroll tool for SS,
B. HR admin
Review timesheets and presence,
Update leave management software,
Manage recruitment cycle (JD prep, posting, resume selection, interview organization, feedback, offer letter, contract)
Manage on and off boarding of employees,
Training new employees for company regulations and policies,
Keep employee handbook up to date,
Stay informed about latest HR regulations and update knowledge base,
Communicate with HR partners,
C. Company activities
Organize monthly activities for the employees of all offices,
Organize teambuilding upon MGT decision,
D. Monthly Performance monitoring
Review variable client performance for each staff for variable bonus,
Review adhesion to company policies,
E. Annual Review
Prepare annual staff performance with the management,
Participate to the annual review,
Prepare performance bonus and salary review
Other tasks assigned by Management
Hierarchy： Reporting to: Accountant and Management
Travel Inner city with limited travel within PRC
