Specification of job:
To efficiently manage the order fulfillment processes and handle customers’ inquiries/complaints in accordance with established operation policies/ procedures and practices in order to provide high quality service to customers and secure business opportunities
Position in the organization:
Customer Service Representative. Report to Supply Chain Manager
Tasks (Job description attached):
? Execute Order to Invoice process to ensure on time delivery as well as meeting customers / order requirement accurately
? Response and update daily customer inquiries in a timely and good manner to serve business operation
? Proactively coordinate with 3PL on outbound shipment dispatching
? Register and follow up complaints related to product and service to improve customer satisfaction
? Monitor and analyze 3PL performance thru agreed KPIs to ensure CH’s requirements be met
? Verify logistic expense and follow up payment against contract rate
? Keep close contact with relevant functions to support and increase work efficiency
? Support on other tasks assigned by the superior
Education / Qualifications:
? Tertiary education with major in business, logistics or supply chain related discipline preferred
? Excellent service attitude with customer focus
? High responsibility and adaptability to work under pressure
? Proactive cooperation mind set and strong communication skills
? Willing to work as same schedule days/hours as our customers
? PC literacy, SAP application knowledge preferred
Motivation for this recruitment :
1. Current CSR working load on order handling increased 21% compared with the same period of FY16, which is already one CSR’s workload.
2. GTM2.0, which will increase around 10% workload on CSR, not only order handling but all customer service related tasks.
3. New Shanghai DC, we need this person can also share some Edith’s tasks in Shanghai, including below, which will take up around 15~20% of his or her time.
