Business Unit Introduction:
Cisco Engineering Learning & Development China team is aiming to accelerate movement towards a high performance organization, development and the delivery of appropriate learning solutions that align with Cisco business strategy for all engineers.

Responsibilities:
This role is accountable for learning Chatbot implementation on Cisco Spark messaging platform. The learning Chatbot shall have features such as fundamental conversation, learning recommendation, backend intelligent video search etc. Candidate need to work closely with Cisco L&D department to find a solution for this purpose. Duties will include:
? Research and discover the trends and new technologies used in industrial solutions towards next generation learning
? Design and development of the Spark Chatbot framework
? Chatbot front-end implementation: including NLP based conversation(using tools such as api.ai)
? Chatbot back-end knowledge database design and construction
? Chatbot front-end back-end connection and interaction with front-end NLP
? Relative testing work
? Build an end-to-end demo

Requirements:
? BA or above degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or Robotics
? 3+ years’ software development experience in Java/C++/Python or any of Object-oriented languages
? Solid understanding and eager to explore on Machine Learning/Deep Learning related topics, hands-on experience would be a plus
? NLP-based products/projects will be a plus
? Full-text indexing knowledge
? Basic web front/back-end developing skills
? Self –learning and investigation capability
? Fundamental front/back end developing skills
