职位描述：
？ Overall Coordination and Management
？ Define and align Assimilation Plan for new hires with hiring manager
— Review with each new hire
Coordinate communication between FSEs/ATs & Lam training centers.
Serve as training escalation path to ATs for training progress issues
Drive Training and Certification
Targets for L-2 Certification: New Hires: 12 mo., Experienced Hires: 6 mo.
Assign/Schedule Technical Training classes for each new hire
Track assigned tasks’ completion
Perform FSE skill set gap analysis to identify training needs
— Can be formal (first time or repeat), CBT/self-paced and/or OJT
Coordinate OJT assignments with CFW Mgr. & targeted site
Reporting
Monthly FSE progress report against Level-2 certification plan
