Job description
？ Manage & construct the business development strategy for advertising business for Territory China;
？ Analyze existing clients’ business and needs to derive optimal business arrangement between clients and company;
？ Facilitate business expansion to meet company objectives and realize revenue target;
？ Develop client network and manage client relationship;
？ Help to manage and coach the account team;
？ Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Requirements
？ Holds a Bachelor Degree or above.
？ 10+ years professional in advertising/marketing companies and experience in developing customer sources, with mature customer networks is preferred.
？ Excellent communication skill, with skills in managing relationships with customers, good team player and strong leadership.
？ Sociable personality and is willing to communicate, strong desire to work and strong sense of responsibility, with personal influence over others.
？ With good time management skills and willing to serve others, has a high moral standard and can work under pressure.
？ Think logically and can prepare business proposals independently.
？ Open-minded, willing to take challenges with customers in new fields and industries. 举报 分享
