This role is to help Aon Hewitt’s flexible benefits project clients to perform daily administration activities and response client inquires through hotline
? Job Profile:
– Answer incoming calls professionally and in a timely manner
– Respond to the clients’ inquiries based on the guideline
– Summarize the call report on the daily basis
– Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
– Generate monthly finance, insurance, payroll report by applying system tools
– Recommend process improvements
– Other duties as assigned
? Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree
– Minimum 1 year administrative assistant/clerical experience, call center or phone based customer service experience will be a plus
– Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with diverse individuals and situations
– Working knowledge of computers and standard office equipment with the ability to utilize the Internet
– Basic knowledge about general compensation and benefits will be a plus
– Strong Excel, Word skills will be asset
– Excellent customer service, teamwork spirit and have high sense of responsibility
– Be able to learn fast and work under pressure
– Proficient English spoken and written skills
