职位描述：
【招聘要求】
1.大专及以上学历，人力资源、行政管理或英语等相关专业，英语流利熟练；
2.有1年以上行政/人事的相关工作经验，做事踏实稳重，心态好，勤奋好学；
3.执行力强，理解、沟通能力强，组织、协调能力强，表达能力强，善于见微知著；
4.熟练使用办公室软件，熟悉劳动法、工商注册年检等相关法律知识，具备工商局、社保局、等相关证件办理的经验。

【岗位职责】
1.利用各种渠道网络人才，发布招聘信息，资源搜集，安排合适人员参加面试；
2.办理公司相关证件，包括公司营业执照年检，ISO证书年检，员工五险一金卡，深户、外国人就业证的办理，双软/高新企业认证等；
3.办理员工入职、组织培训、转正、离职等相关手续，平时能观察细微，了解员工异动并能及时作出反馈；
4.每月统计员工考勤表，员工工资、社保、公积金的计算及统计表，办公室费用的报销出纳、统计等，不断完善报销管理流程；
5.负责公司办公用品/设备的采购、登记、核查等工作，做好每月分发、调配、保管工作，建全登记制度，做到帐物相符；
6.公司内、外部宣传品的设计跟进与印刷、活动经费中的每项活动的组织，活动礼品的采购、分发等；
7.负责公司及现场指挥部办公秩序和环境卫生的监督管理工作；
8.在日常工作中妥善处理好上级、同级、下级等各种关系，使其减少摩擦，能够调动各方面的工作积极性的能力。
9.相关行政事务工作制度的制定和执行推动，建立健全内部体制，通过各种规章制度和人为努力使部门之间或者关系企业之间形成密切配合的关系。
10.领导交代的其他事宜工作等。
