现公司新增面向精英学生群体的职业知识付费业务“职业说”，故招聘新媒体运营经理1人。

 
职位职责：
1.负责新媒体运营，制定运营战略；
2.有独立涨粉能力，能够管理并建立新微信群；
3.能独立撰写文案，策划活动，维持粉丝；
4.能够打造病毒传播，爆款营销，增长骇客；
5.开发可合作的资源及对象。

职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学相关专业优先，一年以上新媒体运营经验；
2.曾在知识付费类平台（得到、知乎、在行、分答、豆瓣、喜马拉雅等）或留学行业有过运营工作（APP、微信群皆可）经历者优先；
3.在论坛、贴吧、豆瓣小组等社群有过管理经验者优先；
4.具有良好的创新思维，沟通协调能力、应变力及解决问题的能力，责任心与抗压力强；
5.精通常用的各种办公软件；
6.善于沟通,有较强的团队合作及执行能力；
7.具备较好的文案撰写能力以及灵活的思维，能制定出有吸引力的活动方案并成功推广。 举报 分享
