职位描述：
1 Drive cross function communications with sales and marketing teams to deliver market de-mand plan
2 Historical market performance analysis and data base set up
3 Gain insight of market sales performance, seasonal profiles
4 Ad hoc analysis and reports
5 S&OP process participation and supports, incl. DRM material, meeting, etc
6 Forecast allocation, APO input into SAP and communication with customer service and dair-ies to ensure demand planning in place
7 Back up and support each other between demand planners
8 Suggest and make continuous improvement on planning and stock management covering process, WOW, as well as whole supply chain
Competencies：
Functional competencies:
1 Education at university level or above, preferred within Supply Chain management or similar
2 3-5 years of experiences within planning
General competencies:
1 Good command of English in both written and oral communications
2 Multi-cultural agility
3 IT skills (mail/calendar, office, Internet/Intranet, Excel)
4 Leadership (build positive relation, commitment, decisive, etc.)
5 Proactive attitude and can take the lead
