职位描述:
? Support daily administrative service to ensure North China offices’ operation run professionally, efficiently and reliably
? Take responsibility of interns/ from recruiting, payroll, performance management, exit etc.
? Provide administration service to employees and visitors, including but not limited to temporary residence permit, work permit, visa application, invitation letter, accommodation logistics and related issues
? Assist on new hire onboarding and employee exit
? Support on HR & Admin projects and activities (staff retreat, training, campus recruiting, office renovation etc.) as well as business meetings
? Handle switchboard, receiving and transferring phone calls and transmitting messages in a professional manner;
? Receive and direct visitors cordially;
? Update employees' contact information as well as their daily activities;
? Distribute incoming mails, faxes, newspapers and magazines;
? Book taxi, air-ticket and hotel when required;
? Format and prepare documents;
? Do extra assignment as instructed.
Requirement:
? Bachelor degree;
? Minimum 2 years HR and/or admin experience in MNC
? Good written and oral English
? Demonstrated skills with PCs and MS Office Appliances (i.e., Word, Excel,) as well as internet knowledge
? Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
? Strong organizational, time management, coordination and problem solving skills
? Proactive, hard-working, results-oriented and a good team player;
? Able to work under pressure
