一、Job Contents主要工作内容
1.Initial research include identifying the needs and goals for a new product, from function to aesthetics. Coordinate with market and sale to evaluate market needs, existing competition and potential costs.
2.Create a product design that fulfills a company or client's strategic goals while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing departments.
3.Lead testing procedures and draft specifications for manufacturing.
4.Direct the creation of models or samples and fine-tune designs until be ready for production.
5.Establish water quality analytical and water treatment system evaluation capabilities based on NFS & MOH standards
二、Basics or Certifications基本条件或资质
1.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
2.Have problem-solving experience and skills。
3.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and quality assurance protocols can be beneficial.
4.Performs and guides approved self-initiated or assigned programs of major importance to the organization in the area of product support, cost savings, resolving quality or regulatory issues.
三、Experience (type of) 具备经验( 种类 )
1.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a product engineering, product development or manufacturing engineering role.
2.Experience with molded plastic parts preferred.
3.Experienced in water quality analysis and water treatment system evaluation.
4.Experienced in filtering media evaluation and quality control, e.g. carbon,ionic-exchange resin, membranes, etc separation, filtration, and/or purification technologies preferred.
四、Specialized Knowledge 所需专业知识
1.Well familiar with NSF and MOH water treatment system related regulation & Standards.
2.Well familiar residential water treatment filtration material, process and inspect criteria.
3.Experience with new product development of home appliance, water dispenser, good straight drink machine industry background.
五.Specialized Skills or Certifications 所需专业技能或资质
1.Experience in 3D CAD (Solid Modeling).
2.Knowledge of rapid prototype processes.
3.Good working knowledge of material properties.
4.Able to independently conduct filtering system design on request;
