职位描述：
SUMMARY:
Analyze the customer needs and design, document, test, and develop software as required to satisfy the functional and non-requirements.


KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Codes instructions for computer programs/objects/components; configures packaged applications.
Documents and implements programs according to installation standards, procedures, and conventions.
Prepares and executes Unit Test plans and documents results.
Troubleshoots program code, related objects, and documentation in order to resolve application issues.
Responds to production support issues.
Works with customers as required.
Completes agreed work within established estimates and communicates status and issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachler degree in IT area or related.
Business of insurance, project management knowledge.
