岗位职责:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

? Conduct registration for innovative products in order to obtain the necessary authorizations to support a timely launch and ensure the products and activities compliance to related regulations and laws.
? Provide accurate regulatory assessments on new regulations, standards which may impact to company products or operations.
? Establish and maintain good relationships with local regulatory authorities and affiliated research institutes related to infant, young children and pregnant woman and lactating mother’s nutrition organizations.
? Provide regulatory consultation and guidance to MJN other functions.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

? Build and maintain strong and effective networking between MJN and local regulatory authorities, organizations and associations
? Participate governmental or/and regulatory committees activities on behalf of MJN to ensure company opinions/positions are well delivered.
? Master the latest national and international related food regulations and policies, as well as its trend.
? Provide registration service necessary for both imported and locally made products.
? Provide crisis/issue management support including post market surveillance issues.
? Provide regulatory consultation to MKT, QA and SC to ensure food regulation compliance

任职资格:

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Attainment Requirement ? University degree, major in Nutrition or Food Science.
Professional background Experience at least 5 years in this field:
? Strong networking with local regulatory authorities, e.g. FDA, CIQ, QTSB, etc.
? Good communication and negotiation with officials and experts to guarantee smooth registration.
? Good skill on translating technical regulations in to business implications
? Knowledge/experience in
* product registration process
* regulatory analysis to business team
* regulatory crisis/issue management handling
? Prior work in Regulatory Affairs is must

Technical know-how:
? Food & Nutrition
? Related food regulations and laws
? Computer and English capability
