职位描述：
1- Product data sort out
Assembly and sort car models according to Family tree;
Collect/pick out the GD&T information;
Collect/pick out the manufacturing information, e.g. Spot welding points, MIG/MAG,Glue,rivet,Bolts, and so on;
Study primary layout, to understand work flow, conveyor, logistic of car parts, quantity of E&M per station, assistant tools, steel structure and media supply;

2- Fixture Design
Ergonomic study;
Welding gun study and window design/definition, prepare welding parameter;
PLP concept design;
Fixture ,gripper design;

3-Layout&process
Allocating fixtures and operator;
Equipments alignments;
Parts container, conveyor system, workflow and tools alignments;
Media supply points setting;
General layout and floor marking layout;

4-Process documents
BOM of the Fixtures and other new building equipments, relevant technical requirements &catalogue; Make PR-Purchasing Request for purchasing Equipments components and manufacturing fixtures, hemming die;
Pneumatic/electrical drive/sensor switch general layout and sequence diagram;
Spots welding distribution list with parameter ;
Process documents-Loading plan, spots distribution, operation sequence,Cycle time, and so on;
Fixture measuring plan and shim regulation list;

5-Final documents deliverables
See technical Agreements with customers;
Education & Experience Required:

职位要求：
-Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical design or automotive engineering;
-5 years or above 5 years mechanical design working experience for BIW application.
-Background of BIW welding fixture design, Hemming die design, automotive product design and development;
-CAD/CAM: Catia V5, UG(Solid modeling, Surfacing, Assembly&drafting), AutoCAD, Microstation;
MS office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
-Knowledge in EN,DIN,NAAMS,PSA,GM,VW and other car maker standards, as much as well.
-Be familiar with PD/PS, robcad with simulation concept will be a plus.
-Fluent in written and spoken English,CET-4 or above;
-Can work independently under the guide from customer;
-Can long time business trip;
-Good team work spirit and attitude and good communication skill
-Good communication skill and leadership;
