职位描述：
汇报对象：Vice General Manager副总经理 / Operations运营

1、Formulate a purchasing strategy; build and refine all material and purchasing-related processes and policies within the company, supply chain optimization; monitor the actual implementation of various policies;
制订公司采购战略；建立健全公司内部与物料采购相关的采购流程及相关制度，优化供应链；监控各项制度的执行情况；

2、Sign purchase agreement with suppliers or import agent, initiate price negotiation and annual price reduction efforts, so as to minimize purchasing costs and to implement the contracts;
与供应商或进口代理签订产品购销协议，组织价格谈判和年度降价工作，确保降低总采购成本和合同执行；

3、Responsible for the purchasing budget; manage the company’s inventory, draft and implement the purchasing plan, ensure that Production’s material needs are fulfilled in a timely manner;
负责采购成本的预算：落实公司材料物资库存，组织落实采购计划，确保能及时供应生产所需的物资；

4、Execute daily management and performance assessment of suppliers, ensure the stability of material quality and improve supplier supply ability, ensure timely delivery of materials;
供应商的日常管理和绩效评价，确保采购的物料质量稳定和提高供应商供货能力，确保及时供货；

5、Audit and monitor the purchase plan and implementation of purchase orders for both domestic and imported raw materials and supplementary parts, effectively manage the inventory of imported materials;
审核和监控国产、进口原材料、辅料等采购计划和采购订单的执行，有效控制进口件库存；

6、Maintain good working relationship with current suppliers, select and develop strategic partnership with key suppliers; develop new supplier relationships based on needs;
维护与现有供应商稳定合作关系；筛选和发展战略供应商；根据需要开发新供应商；

7、Lead the localization of imported parts;
推进进口零部件的本地化；

8、Responsible for managing the department’s administrative work, employees’ performance assessment, and continuous improvement of the departmental work efficiency and quality standards;
负责本部门的行政管理工作及对部门员工的工作考核，不断提高本部门工作效率和质量；

9、Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
上级安排的其它事宜。


岗位要求：
1、Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical, logistics, or trade-related fields;
本科以上学历，机械相关，物流、贸易专业；

2、At least 5 years of purchasing management experience in the manufacturing field;
至少5年以上制造企业采购管理经验；

3、Honest and trustworthy, responsible, objective and fair;
诚实守信有责任心，客观公正；

4、Good command of both spoken and written English
