Job Responsibilities:
1. Creates and maintains customers and suppliers records.
2. Creates and maintains work orders.
3. Issues invoices in JDE.
4. Prepares government tax invoices (fapiaos) based on information from JDE invoices.
5. Maintains time and expense system.
6. Ensures timesheets are completed and processed at week end and month end.
7. Prepares account analysis.
8. Reports VAT at month end.
9. Reconciles government tax invoices (fapiaos) and JDE invoices, and VAT in Golden Tax and JDE.
10. Other tasks assigned by O2I supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. University Degree.
2. Proficient at Excel.
3. Experience in using ERP, JDE preferred but not necessary.
4. Experience in VAT.
5. Good communication skill.
6. Internal experience preferred.
Work time: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00
