职位描述：
Mission: Guarantee the safety and health of every person present in the Commercial Vehicles SBU facility.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Develop and track safety plans to guarantee cero damaging events.
2. Daily walk through in order to detect unsafe acts and conditions.
3. Maintenance of unsafe acts and conditions findings’ database.
4. Analysis of processes used to create safe procedures.
5. Training of Safety Personnel.
6. Coordinate training for emergency crews and Safety and Hygiene Committee.
7. Evaluation and selection of PPE and safety systems.
8. Comply with safety legal procedures.

Working Relationship:
---Internal
1. Operations, Maintenance and Logistics Coordinators and Team Leaders, to develop proposals for safety plans, establish implementation dates and/or modifications to the plan.
2. Person accountable for Safety and Environmental of other SBU’s in Proeza to share best practices
3. Person accountable for Training and Talent Incorporation in HD, to agree on the formation in culture and safety and the safety induction process for new employees.
4. Person Accountable for HD and Union Occupational Area, to review requirements of personnel related to work safety and hygiene and Safety and Hygiene Commission.
---External
1. Medical Service to request their help in medical examinations for internal personnel and carry out health programs, first hand medical attention for injured employees.
2. Representatives from Government Agencies, to track the self-management certification
3. Representatives from Social Service, to assist them in audit processes.
4. Fire Department and Civil Defense Agencies of the metropolitan area to train brigade members and generate suggestions in production areas’ enlargements.

Requirements:
---Education
Bachelor Degree in: Industrial-Administration Engineering, Mechanical-Administration Engineering.
English is working language, both oral and writing skills are excellent.

---Experience
1. Experience in the implementation of safety systems.
2. Experience in communications.
3. Experience as responsible for industrial safety in the Metal-Mechanical Industry is preferred
4.Experience as expositor in safety and hygiene training courses is preferred
