Summary:
● Reporting to regional sales director, responsible for selling the company’s Data Protection products to major accounts at the assigned territory and achieving the sales target.
● This is a major account management position. The person in this position will focus on bringing the company’s products to market through direct touch on major accounts while leveraging partner ecosystem as a mean to execution for success. To be explicit, the MAN will be required to identify the specific verticals based upon the use-cases available for the company’s Data Protection portfolio and select specific accounts to go after.
● The MAM is expected to deliver consistent revenue performance and growth and will need to opportunistically look at the market for breakout revenue opportunities.

Qualification Requirements:
Education:
● University degree in MIS, Computing or Marketing or similar subject.
Experience:
● 7+ years of sales experience in selling IT solutions with at least 4 years at major account sales in Shenzhen.
● Experience in selling IT solution to large enterprise or hi-tech manufacturing accounts.
● Working experience in foreign IT vendor is an advantage.

Skills:
● Proven track record in selling IT solutions and growing revenue.
● Ability to develop and enhance customer relationship at all levels, and implement account plans.
● Ability to communicate with senior management of very large accounts for sales and business relationship building.
● Good presentation skill, capable to articulate technical proposals to decision makers at both technical and business levels.
● Ability to translate Business Unit product strategy into executable sales plan.
● Strong on pipeline building as well as the ability to follow through and manage the entire sales cycle.
● Pro-active team player.
● Capable of working independently under sales objectives assigned by regional sales director.
● Good and interpersonal skills with self-motivated personality.
● Willing to take challenging work.
● Spoken and written English.

Licensures, Certifications:
● Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: (% of time)
90% Sales activities
● Identifying qualifying and quantifying all opportunities within the assigned accounts and leading the sales effort.
● Negotiating major deals, maintaining contact with key clients and identifying and steering opportunities for business growth.
● Understanding the client’s objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and forming long term business partnerships
● Manages all aspects of the sales cycle.
● New accounts development.
● Delivery of on-set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets
● Presentation of solutions and proposals to prospects.
● Provide feedback and marketing intelligence to product marketing team to ensure company’s products remain competitive in the market.
● Drive demand generation through appropriate marketing support mechanisms.
● Coordinate with SE regarding technical requirements for specific opportunities.
● Participate and represent the company at appropriate user conferences and trade shows.
10% Other duties as assigned
● Provides accurate and reliable sales forecast to the Sales Director.
● Provides weekly reports on sales activities, presents quarterly account plans and reviews.
● Report on demand generation activities.
● Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility:
● N/A

Scope of Responsibility:
● Responsible for selling the compnay’s products to the assigned accounts and territory, and achieving revenue targets.
● Responsible for developing Go-To-Market strategy by identifying Top-Accounts to hunt while managing the incoming inquiries as assigned.
● Develops and manages strategic partners and major accounts; open and close sale of products.
