As a result of the continued growth and strategic expansion at SinoStruct, an opportunity exists for an experienced Equipment Supervisor to join our growing team.

Location: Qingdao

Key responsibilities:

？ Set up and maintain the Equipment Registration System and ensure all equipment in warehouse recorded in asset register.
？ Make sure the effective tracking and timely disposal and dispatching to other provinces as required.
？ Organize and arrange equipment maintenance, improving and developing the maintenance work quality, reduce the equipment down time.
？ Daily troubleshooting and improvement to maximize equipment up-time.
？ Procures and expedites parts and equipment for warehouse by coordinating with purchasing, suppliers, and requesters.
？ Warehouse management and arrange tracking or transportation to other provinces
？ Other coordination or related work assigned by managers.

 The minimum requirements are:

？ Mechanical Background
？ Minimum 5 to 8 years' work experience in heavy equipment company parts or warehouse management.
？ Demonstrated knowledge of related equipment, including but not limited to: Plant Equipment (construction engineer), containers, compressors, generators, lighting towers, elevator work platforms, Self Propelled Modular Trailers (SPMT). Understand equipment basic design, operation and maintenance knowledge.
？ High attention to detail for asset recording and analysis.
？ Result oriented, schedule control, good logistic and analytical ability.
？ Good communication in Chinese and English.
