职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. To be very familiar with study protocols, eCRF, ICF, lab manual, pharmacy manual, clinical monitoring plan
2. To be very familiar with site and ECs, EC submissions,site contract process and governor approval and TGA notification
3. Contribute to PI and site identification,communications, and initiation
4. Contribute to site feasibility process
5. Prepare for weekly project meeting based on agenda, project status and pending issues.
6. Set up TC and drive the meeting
7. Review protocol, ICF and eCRF amendment in collaboration with the team
8. Help identify CROs and negotiate budgets
9. Review and approve invoice.
10.Review site monitoring reports and follow up with CRO to resolve issues
11.Follow up insurance status during different stages of the trials.
12.Collaboration with internal supply chain & IP vendors on IP storage and shipment procedures.

任职要求：
1. Education : Medical, Pharmacy,Biology, and Immunology department, bachelor or above
2. Excellent English, especially fluent Oral English
3. At least 1 years of experience in Clinical Project Management
4. International clinical project management experience is preferred
5. Oncology project management experience is preferred
6. Strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation )and coordination skills
