职位描述
岗位职责:
1.建立和完善薪酬体系及绩效考核体系；
2.负责各级员工薪资福利费用的核算、发放、建立各种薪酬信息台帐；
3.负责公司人力成本分析及月度人事薪酬报表；
4.组织编制各岗位绩效考核指标和考核方案，并实施和跟进考核结果；
5.负责社保、公积金的及时办理，保证及时、准确性；
6.负责绩效问题反馈及沟通协调，监督绩效问题的落地改进实施；
7.建立薪酬及绩效考核档案；并形成考核总结报告。
8、负责建立公司职位流动和晋升体系；
任职要求：
1、人力资源、财务或理科类相关专业本科以上学历；
2、5-10年以上薪酬福利工作经验；
3、具有员工薪酬管理、社会福利保险管理的实际操作经验，熟悉国家劳动人事政策法规；
4、熟悉薪酬绩效管理体系、绩效运算及运用等；熟知相关的法律、法规；
5、熟练使用各种函数公式；熟练操作办公软件，特别是excel表格类统计软件，具有较强的数据分析能力；
6、工作认真负责，敬业、诚信、纪律、公道，具备沟通协调能力。
