Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain good customer relationships.
? Demonstrate value-driven ROI solutions for new sales opportunities, and interact with customers to develop a detailed business case.
? Produce statements of work documents for complex solutions.
? Support timely, accurate and effective response to RFPs, RFQs and other customer inquiries.
? Develop detailed solution sales proposals for our customers.
? Provide domain expertise and support to other functional areas within the LS Professional Service organization, including Field Engineering and Maintenance and Support.
o Implementation of Projects
o Trouble shooting customer problems
o Working with LS Engineering and Product Managers.
? Participate in presentations to customers, sales, partners, trade shows, conferences, industry organizations, etc.
? Travel 50%-80%
? Responsible for all LS customers in Asia. Work from the Shanghai Zebra office (Preferred).
Qualifications:
Requirements
? 5+ years experience providing process improvement and technology solutions to the automotive or manufacturing market.
? Simple Software programming capabilities.
? Computer Information Systems experience a plus
? RTLS related experience is plus.
Skills and Abilities
? Self motivated with excellent follow through skills.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Good written and verbal communication skills in English
? Proficient written and verbal skills in Chinese and English
? Technical background, including both enterprise software and hardware (WLAN, real-time location system or active/passive RFID is preferred)
