职位描述：
The Marketing Manager is responsible for providing a consistent brand image for Crown Relocations and Crown World Mobility across China.

Specific Goals:

? Prepare marketing plan for Crown Relocations and Crown World Mobility for the market aligned with budget for review and discussion in conjunction with Greater China Marketing Manager.

? To organize, plan and execute marketing activities according to prepared marketing plan.

? To lead local branch sponsorships and conference/events by liaising, executing and following-up each activity with conference/event organizers – covering all internal and external events. Encourage local events, speaking engagement and determine appropriate communication channels such as Press Releases, website announcements, tickers, and newsletter articles.

? Drive marketing collateral production; coordinate with Greater China Marketing Manager to develop marketing propositions for China and to provide consistent messaging and cost-efficiency whenever possible. All requests must be signed off by Greater China Marketing Manager with deal approval by Regional Marketing.

? Monitor country website and partner with Regional/Greater China Marketing Manager to optimize sites including reciprocal links, content and online advertising, etc. Responsible for content updates on country website and research and recommend web marketing tactics for the division to be implemented with Regional/Greater China Marketing Manager.

? Drive content marketing in alignment with the group and regional content and digital strategies including social media.

? Develop a clear, concise, comprehensible content strategy in conjunction with Greater China Marketing Manager that will support our brand positioning and ensure all content developed is in line with Crown’s communications standard. Review and analyze content to monitor success, and define future improvements.

? Establish an effective presence on social media sites and monitor the brand’s online reputation.

? Manage and deliver email campaigns and integrate online activities with other marketing campaigns.

? Conduct digital marketing analysis and market research in conjunction with Greater China Marketing Manager and monitor market intelligence

? Provide management reporting to ensure return on investments.

Aptitude, Experience and Qualifications
? Degree in marketing or communications with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
? Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese.
? Good command of Microsoft Dynamics Marketing CRM platform and standard Office Applications as well as website management systems is critical.
? Experience in developing content for marketing campaigns.
? Excellent attention to detail.
? Strong stakeholder management experience, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and contribute to shared projects.
? Experience in conducting market surveys, analyzing data and managing market intelligence.
? Ability to develop a strong understanding of the business and strategy, and ensure this is conveyed in the content development.
