Your Role
Responsible for the day to day Service Operations responsibilities and ensure that the IT infrastructure is implemented and operated according to the standards within Arkadin and ensure adherence to the company policies. Accountable for providing excellent IT services to both internal users and external customers through end user support and incident management, and ensure Arkadin's SLAs are met. Work closely with the Regional Operations teams and different departments within Arkadin. Accountable for the IT projects assigned by the manager.

What You’ll Be Doing
? Responsible for the service availability of the production infrastructure, which includes Audio, Web, Video conferencing systems, Telephony systems, UC Platforms, LAN, WAN and MPLS Network.
? Assist the Regional Service Operations Manager in the day to day running of Arkadin business
? Participate in ad-hoc operations, projects and tasks
? Accountable for the execution of the maintenance programs for Arkadin's production and corporate environments
? Work closely with corporate, regional and local service operations teams to ensure routine maintenance work is carried out according to the standard operating procedures
? Accountable for incident and Salesforce case management. Provide timely Level 2 investigation and escalation. Resolve the incidents in accordance with Arkadin's standard operating procedures.
? Work closely with Arkadin partners and vendors to facilitate incident resolution. Responsible for customer complaints and escalations. Provide reports to customer when necessary.
? Provide L2 technical support and escalate complex incidents to L3 team
? Coordinate with corporate, regional and local service operations teams for operations projects and tasks
? Ensure the office environment is setup properly which includes the LAN and wireless network infrastructure, firewalls, switches, routers, Cisco PBX, anti-virus servers, printers, Microsoft domain controllers, file/print servers, WSUS, Lync Clients, user computers, etc.
? Manage service providers and partners relationship and negotiate pricing
? Responsible for continuous cost saving and service improvement planning
The Skills You’ll Bring
? Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
? Good command of English and Mandarin
? 4 years of experience in Telco industry or similar role
? Hands on experience in Microsoft and Linux operating systems, MS Active Directory, Exchange, Cisco Switches and Routers configuration
? Proven team player
? Strong problem solving and organisational skills
? A strong logical approach to troubleshooting
? Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
? A strong IT knowledge including TCP/IP, VoIP and ISDN
? A strong knowledge of Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Products
?? Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
? Knowledge of ITIL processes
