职位描述：
Responsibilities：
与直线经理一起定义、甄选和招聘人才；
Work with line managers to manage identification, selection and recruitment of talent;
以合理的费用高效地吸引和招聘出色的候选人；
Attract and recruit top candidates in a cost effective and time efficient manner;
根据公司业务目标定位目标人才，不断积累人才库，建立和丰富公司招聘通道；
Map out target talents and keep accumulating talent pool, build up and prepare hiring pipeline upon company business needs;
积极寻找和筛选，推动面试和甄选，进行聘用谈判和背景调查；
Actively source and screen, facilitate interviews and selections, implement offer negotiation and background check;
不断跟踪更新公司目前和未来招聘需求，支持业务成功；
Keep updated upon company current and future hiring needs and support business success;
给直线经理提供人才的可获取性、薪酬范围和趋势方面的建议；
Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges and trends;
负责与候选人和聘用经理沟通，管理聘用信流程；
Manage offer management process with both candidates and hiring managers;
公司及部门分派的其他任务。
Other projects and tasks assigned by company and department.

任职要求/Requirements:
本科以上学历；
Bachelor degree above;
5年以上外资企业招聘工作经验
5+ years recruiting experience in MNC;
对吸引人才有工作热情；
Passion for talent acquisition;
了解外资企业文化；
Familiar with international company culture;
出色的沟通和人际交往技能；
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
非常积极主动，承担额外职责；
Willing to take high initiative and extra responsibilities;
出色的中英文双语口语和书面沟通技能；
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English;
对洁净空气有工作激情。
